Name, contact details, and mental health questionnaire responses you provide during the Michigan ESA or PSD intake process.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Michigan Service Animals does not store credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Usage Data
Standard website analytics including pages visited, browser type, and IP address. We use this to improve the Michigan Service Animals website experience.
How We Use Your Information
Michigan Service Animals uses your information solely to provide Michigan ESA and PSD letter evaluation services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Clinical information is protected under HIPAA as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Michigan Clinician Communications
Clinical communications between you and your Michigan-licensed clinician are protected under HIPAA. These communications are not shared with landlords, employers, or other parties without your explicit written authorization.
Data Retention
Michigan Service Animals retains evaluation records in accordance with Michigan healthcare record retention requirements and applicable law. You may request deletion of non-clinical data by contacting privacy@michiganserviceanimals.com.
Cookies and Analytics
We use standard web analytics (Google Analytics) and session cookies to improve site performance. You may opt out of analytics tracking by adjusting your browser settings or using browser privacy tools.

Michigan Service Animals complies with applicable Michigan and federal privacy laws including HIPAA, the Michigan Identity Theft Protection Act (MCL 445.63), and applicable FTC regulations. Michigan residents have rights under these laws regarding their personal information.
